Custom Woven Fabric

Welcome to the Custom Woven Fabric Program offered by CTC. This program allows you to customize our woven patterns with your specified colors, or to create your own custom designs.

The possibilities are endless and the minimum order is only 25 yards.

The process is simple.
Here’s how to get started:

STEP 1: Pick a pattern, there are literally thousands of patterns to choose from, or custom design your own pattern.

STEP 2: Choose a warp color (the yarn that runs the length of the fabric). Choices are black, white, red, putty or brown.

STEP 3: Choose the filler or weft colors (the yarns that run the width of the fabric).There are approximately 150 colors to choose from. Every pattern has a predetermined number of weft colors.

STEP 4: Approve the sample and in just two to six weeks you will enjoy your custom woven fabric.

Here are examples of pattern specifications to explain the process:

Fabric CW-609: This is woven on a red warp and has 3 filler colors.

Fabric CW-606: This is woven on a putty warp and has 1 filler color (lurex).

Fabric CW-615: This is woven on a brown warp and has 3 filler colors. Note that this pattern among others is reversible.
